So what is the Challenge?

The Challenge consists of a two-phase system. The first 10 days is an Herbal Cleanse. The purpose of the Cleanse is to help the body be better able to absorb nutrients and to rid the body of toxins. Your body will be pushing toxins and waste into the bloodstream and intestines that needs to be flushed out. This Cleanse is gentle and uneventful, but VERY effective. If you're someone that struggles with gas, bloating, and irregular movements, you will love what the Cleanse will do for you.


The 2nd phase is called the Max phase. It runs from Day 11 to Day 24. It consists of several supplements that curb appetite, increase energy, support a healthy metabolism, and enhance overall wellness. 

You'll still be sipping on delicious Spark, but you'll also have the option of taking a Meal Replacement Shake on those mornings you're too busy, or those days you work right through lunch. When should I take Catalyst?
Catalyst is a branch chain amino acid (BCAA) grown from microorganisms into yeast that form the highest possible quality amino acid strands. The BCAA forces the body to be more efficient in turning fat into energy by protecting muscle tissue. Catalyst is best used when you are active, immediately pre-workout, in between meals if you feel hunger or prior to bed. A serving is 1 per 50 pounds of body weight, round up. If you are looking for muscle tone and body definition as you get leaner, then Catalyst is a must.

Why do you recommend the Meal Replacement Shake for breakfast every morning? 
The Meal Replacement shake is the only way we can guarantee you get the right amount and ratio of protein to carbs in each morning with ample fiber included. This convenient, proven solution removes all excuses as it takes less than 1 minute to prepare.

How often should I get on the scale? 
You will ONLY get on the scale on the mornings of Days 1, 11 and 24! You will weigh, measure and take your pics prior to eating or drinking anything on these days. You'll feel the difference in how your clothes fit.

Can I mix the Meal Replacement Shake with milk, juice or add fruit to it? 
No! Additions such as these change the protein to carb ratio as well as the caloric count! Only someone who is after weight gain would want to consider such an option and even then, we suggest you discuss this with your Challenge coach before implementing! 

When should I take Catalyst and how many can I take in a day? 
Catalyst should be taken within one hour of training and before bed at night to assist with recovery. 

How many OmegaPlex can or should I be taking each day? 
A minimum of two OmegaPlex capsules should be taken each day, but if you are highly active, CrossFitting, you may benefit from taking up to eight capsules, as they aid in recovery and prevent muscle soreness/inflammation. 

Can I use the Meal Replacement Shakes for lunch or dinner if I need to? 
Yes, in a pinch, they can be used to replace any meal or snack, however, always keep in mind, whole food should be your first choice outside of your Meal Replacement Shake at breakfast. If it came down to no meal versus having a shake, then yes, have a shake!
