2. Training is going well, but I hit a road block again with my nagging shoulder injury. I'm on it this time though! I'm making appointments with the chiropractor, the acupuncturist, and the masseuse. I did a stupid WOD earlier this week, an AMRAP of muscle ups in 12 minutes. Not having done any muscle ups since the Open, I have to say that banging out 24 of them was not smart. No wonder my rotator cuff and elbow are pissed at me.
3. Never try to give your own dog a hair cut. :( I sliced Elliott open so bad yesterday, I haven't stopped crying. I had to go to the Vet's office on my way home from the gym this morning to buy him a cone so he'll stop licking it.
