I was running on about 3 hours of sleep and little food, but I managed to PR by almost 15 minutes.
No hand rips, no chaffing, and I was feeling pretty sprite the next day, which was a rest day, which made yesterday's training awesome. My hands were a little sore doing C2B, but otherwise, I'm really happy it didn't leave me destroyed.
