Sleds and Squats

Just to clarify: my meal plans are 100% individualized for each of my clients. I do not offer a "generic" one-size fits all plan. That's NOT how The Zone works. Every person should be eating a certain amount of certain foods based on THEIR lean body mass and activity level, this is their prescription. Their prescription is then altered based on my clients needs: muscle gaining, fat loss, or performance.


The beauty of my plans is that I give my clients the choice: I allow them to choose from several 1 and 2 block snacks, 3 and 4 block breakfasts, and 3 and 4 block lunches. I also include recipes that can be prepped and portioned out for the week ahead; perfect 3 and 4 block lunches and dinners that can be eaten on the go, at the office, or when you just don't feel like cooking.

This morning's workout was a fun one!

4 RFT:
15 overhead squat, 95/65#
100m sandbag run
100m sled run (at bodyweight)
15 burpees
Time: 16:39


I had a shaker full of delicious protein immediately post-workout, and enjoyed something a little more substantial when I got home: prunes, peanut butter and MEAT: turkey breakfast sausage. A 2 block meal to tide me over while I worked on blog stuff and meal planning. 

I'm looking for someone who can revamp my blog! Do you know anyone?! Recommend anyone?

  5. Hi, You look great!! I have not eaten ice cream in a while. Is that a natural tan or did you use a product? Im very pale but have been using Jergens natural glow and it gives me a bit of color. Any products you suggest? Have a nice saturday.
