Well, a little fun ... I can't help that I live with the best girl ever!
She rescued me from my life of servitude with a little Cosmo, salads from Chipotle, and Angry Orchard Hard Cider. The best, right?
To break up the work load, I've been setting my alarm for 45 minutes of work and 15 minutes of "rest" ... that's when I'm allowed to check my phone, Instagram, Facebook, etc. I also keep moving around ...
I started laying in my bed, then sitting at my desk, then the kitchen table, then back to the bed, now I'm on the couch in the living room ...
Anything to break it up. Like bedazzling my chalk container.
I've managed to knock a huge chunk of my 15 page paper out, along with chapters and chapters of reading, studying flash cards, taking quizzes, watching documentaries, preparing for midterms, and working on a group paper.
On a brighter note, I made a delicious Chia Pudding Parfait for breakfast this morning!
2 tbsp chia seeds + 1/2 tbsp Hemp Hearts, soaked in Unsweetened Almond Breeze (just until the seeds are covered). Then, let it rest in the fridge for about 30 minutes. I stirred in a few drops of liquid Stevia, cinnamon, and layered it with Voskos plain Greek Yogurt, fresh strawberries, chunky peanut butter and to top it off, a drizzle of coconut nectar.
