This morning I met one of my besties for breakfast at Cracker Barrel. I ordered the Breakfast Sampler.

A lot of eggs and a lot of meat.
Instead of toast, I asked for a side of blackberries; I love that they started to offer fresh, seasonal fruit!

After shopping for some new Reebok gear at Dick's (they were having a huge Clearance sale, score!), I was in the mood for some man candy.

Channing Tatum in White House Down did NOT disappoint. *Drool* I personally think Independence Day was one of the greatest movies ever made, and this movie felt very similar.

Dinner tonight was awesome!

I finally cooked up that plantain (that I bought last week), fried it up in some coconut oil, topped it with peanut butter, and served it alongside a fried egg, avocado and sausages. Ripe plantains are craaaaaaaaazy good!

Serious yolk porn. Serious.

1. How do you like your eggs?

2. Last movie you saw in theatres?

3. Three things you accomplished this weekend?

3 comments:

  1. Try putting the peanut butter in with the plantains the last minute they're in the skillet - holy yum!
I love my eggs fried, saw Mud this weekend (boring), and I crushed a hard stadium workout, prepped my guest room because my BRFF (best running friend forever) is coming to visit and got groceries.
I love your blog. I know all divorces are different, but mine was finalized a year and a half ago and I promise you it gets better.

  2. Scrambled or boiled. As of now, boiled it is :) That is way to awesome! I haven't ate out at a "restaurant" in a while, now I'm interested to see if they would offer me fresh seasonal fruit! I got my Final Persuasive Speech written and typed :D

  3. 3 Researches SHOW Why Coconut Oil Kills Fat.

The meaning of this is that you actually burn fat by eating coconut fats (also coconut milk, coconut cream and coconut oil).

These 3 researches from big medical journals are sure to turn the traditional nutrition world upside down!
