Today was a much appreciated rest-day for me. I woke up to no alarm, just the graciousness of my rumbling tummy, and set about making breakfast and brewing coffee.
I give you "Primal Protein Pancakes."
These beauties were delicious topped with a little melted nut butter and Applegate Turkey Bacon.

Not bad, not bad! I was full well past noon, and happily sustained through my entire dentist appointment this afternoon.
I love to smile, but am a little self-conscious of my imperfect teeth. In a few weeks, that's all going to change though. Yay!
