This morning I had a date with some new running buddies.
It was a beautiful day to be running!
I promise running with me is not that scary, I think he was just camera shy. :)
I got about 2.5 miles in with them, then ran another 3.5 on my own at a 9:30 pace before getting my 100 burpees in. The first fifty suck, after that it's all downhill. The last 10 I did AFAP.

Now I'm maxin' relaxin, reading the CrossFit Training Guide in preparation for the fun that awaits tomorrow.
