I need your help, lovely readers.
Can you make sure the Whole Life Challenge link is working in the Navigation Bar? I've been switching back and forth between my Mac and my husband's PC to make sure all is well. If it still isn't, this is an active link that will take you to the page.
And while I know all of you are participating in the WLC because you seek amazing life changes both in your diet and fitness and just overall lifestyle, it doesn't hurt to have a few prizes here and there, too.
I'm so excited to announce to those participating in the WLC as my F&F (gangsta-talk for Friends and Family) will be getting some sweet prizes! We will announce Weekly Challenge winners and we'll also have a Grand Prize winner at the end.
Just a peek at some of the prizes up for grabs (you are competing along with other players inside the gym, so don't get complacent on me, peeps)
A month supply of Paleo People Granola in a variety of flavors.
I've been going crazy over the Cocoa Nut flavor.
Apparel from Brighter Fire
(a voucher for any t-shirt/tank of your liking)
A month supply of VitaCoco!
CrossFit Midtown gear! Tall socks and a tee/tank or your choice!
Money! That's right, there will be cash prizes!
And a free ticket to the gun show, right here.
Man, you didn't even have to sign up for that freebie!
Though I do apologize you had to witness it without warning.
I was trying to think of something catchy for the blog today when I was at the Auto Shop getting Jane Honda detailed and beautified, ok?
"Toned Tuesdays" crossed my mind. And then I remembered how much I hate the word. I want to slam my head into the table any time someone tells me that "they just want to get more toned."
Jane Honda looks mighty fly though!
I was looking at all of my traffic - and I realize I have readers from ALL over the place! So, I do have more readers than just my dad. That's a relief.
This is a shout out to you - Holler out your location! It would be sweet do to a blogger meet-up in the ATL area, now that things are starting to settle down for me a little and I'm learning the area.
