3 Recipes You Have to Try

Paleo Un-Granola Bars
This recipe can be made without any additional sweeteners, so it's great for the WLC.


Paleo Protein Bars
These do contain honey. If you are WLC, I recommend substituting the liquid of the honey with unsweetened applesauce or adding pureed dates or raisins for a natural sweetener. 


Paleo Pumpkin Sandwich Cookies
Did I just say cookie and ice cream in the same sentence? This recipe calls for all kinds of things that are not WLC, but if you can come up with a way to make it WLC, please let me know! 


It's a good thing drool doesn't stain ...

  1. Chocolate caramel digestive biscuits! :( My partner ate a whole pack the other night, whilst I sat and sulked in the corner. It is difficult having a partner who isn't taking part in the WLC as there are lots of sugary treats around trying to tempt me!

  2. The fall season brings candy corn. I like a handful of candy corn every now and again! But I have not had any!! I am not missing bread so much, but am missing my snacks like crackers ..... but again, have not had any!

  4. I miss my coffee creamer (peppermint mocha)... Someone brought pumpkin chocolate chip cookies into my office and I wanted one BAD. with a big glass of milk... BUT... I know there's ways to make a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie PALEO... the chocolate is a no go for WLC, darn it.
