He likes: Ab soreness from GHD's and heavy weighted lunge soreness in his hamstrings and butt
I Like: Trap soreness (from cleans) and shoulder/lat soreness from holding anything overhead or pullups.

I'm so ready to crush Week Two of the Whole Life Challenge, what about you guys? I feel like this first week was a little chaotic, trying to figure out what to eat, how to eat, how to avoid cravings, remembering to login, etc.
This week, my goal is to reduce my fruit intake. At least the higher glycemic fruits like apples, bananas, mangos, etc. I want to stick with mainly berries.
Our Weekly Challenge this week is to practice mindfulness. I am so excited about this Challenge!
For 10 minutes a day, engage in 10 minutes of reflection.
This can be writing in a journal, meditating, or praying. If you begin to notice your mind wandering, bring it back to the present.
I plan to do this every evening before my husband gets home and before I start dinner. I have my yoga mat laid out, candles set up and a yoga position ready: savasana.
If only I looked that cute.
