Magic Mike

Just a few of the things that need to happen before we're out of here on the 18th!   

The movie last night, Magic Mike, was awesome. I don't know how else to describe a bunch of really sexy men. I cannot get the image of Channing Tatum's perfect ass out of my mind. Or his amazing hip thrusting. Or dancing. Or banana hammock. There were a LOT of banana hammocks happening last night. 

I was amazed at the number of women that crammed into that theatre for the midnight showing, you'd think we were at a Celine Dion concert. 

This morning's breakfast was off the chain!

The sweet potato waffles I made yesterday were bomb diggity with turkey sausage, lactose free cottage cheese, sliced tomatoes and a fried egg. So good, reminded me of a McDonald's Sausage McMuffin. Forealz.

Do you usually have veggies for breakfast?
I'm trying to incorporate more of them into every meal. So far I can handle tomatoes in the AM.

  3. We just pcsed from Ft. Carson to West Point, and Days Inn had one of the best rates with still having decent reviews, and accepts pets!

    I put about 2 handfulls of spinach in a protein shake every morning, turns a beautiful healthy color of green. Add 1 tsp of nut butter along with protein powder, and you want even taste the spinach.
