There were a few of those going around in today's workout ...
(as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes)
10 push ups
15 air squats
5 hand stand push ups
I got 10 rounds + 7 pull ups + a few damn hand rips. This time on my pinkies. I think this is the last place I could possibly rip, so hopefully everything will be good and callused now. And will be healed for "Hope" on Saturday.
My palms are sweating just thinking about it.
I walked the dog afterwards and tried not to die (again) in the Texas heat. He was pooped afterwards! You'd think he'd walked a marathon or something, not a half a mile.
I picked up a Quest bar from GNC on my way home from the gym, I was disappointed! I guess they are edible - considering they're all natural, have no sugar and 20g of protein.
A few readers commented and said I needed to microwave it to get the "full effect."
Anyone else tried this?
I will stick with my favorites. Power Crunch and Oh Yeah Peanut Butter Wafers.
But these are my favorite, they taste like Twix!

Do you have a favorite bar? Why? For me, I look for a decent protein content and low sugar content. less than 8g.
