Three Things Thursday's
One: I had an awesome workout yesterday. Crossfit women's group, on post at the Functional Fitness Center. Fight Gone Bad was incredible. It consisted of 3 rounds of 5 exercises. Complete as many reps in 1 minute of each exercise before moving on to the next station. 1 minute of rest before moving on to the next round. It was awesome!
1. Row for calories on the C2
2. Push press, 40 lb. bar
3. 20" box jump
4. Sumo dead-lift high pull, 30 lb. bar
5. 12# wallball
You can tell, I'm still a total Crossfit kitten. These were light weights. But, I went balls to the wall, it was so much fun! I met a group of awesome girls, and I am dedicated to making these 9 am classes at least a few times a week.
Two: I picked up my bike yesterday, yet there is still something wrong with the chain. It keeps falling off. So back to the shop it goes. Boo.
Three: I made a lot of really delicious foods today.
Tri shoes, new gloves ...

Off to the bike shop to get this thing looked at again ...
