-12 Energy

Holey moley, I'm tired. This workout was BRUTAL. I had absolutely no energy. And I slept in. What gives? So much for dumb bells, I was the dumb belle today.


Look at my dog, just lounging all comfy on the couch. He was looking at me through half-opened, sleepy eyes the whole time I was sweating and flopping around the living room. 

Workout:

1 hour 8 minutes (including warm up and cool down)
apartment gym treadmill: 1 mile hills at 15 incline, 3.7 speed walk
and 2 mile run at 6 mph, 2 incline
the rest of the brutality was P90X plyo in my living room

If you're wondering what I was doing with dumbbells, just in case jumping around isn't hard enough, I like to do it with weights. 

Will I really be in half-marathon shape in less than 25 days? 


Let's hope.
