It's the Courty Monster


It's the Cookie Courty Monster!

White Chocolate Chip 
Macadamia Nut Cookies


From the back of the bag of
Mauna Loa macadamia nuts:

1 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar 
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
12 oz bag of white chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped




Pre-heat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. 
Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. 
Blend in flour and soda and salt. 
Stir in white chocolate chips and macadamia pieces. 
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto an un-greased cookie sheet. 
Bake 10-12 minutes. 

Makes 6 dozen.


I also baked chocolate chip pecan peanut cookies,
they're so salty and sweet, it's incredible.



What! No, I'm not eating them!

These are for a co-worker of the hubs,
a fellow SGT is in the hospital
recovering from knee-surgery.



Grrrr, I'm putting it down ....







As I'm typing this, 
even more cookies are coming out the oven.
6 dozen might have been a few too many!

  1. I bet you know another Army Sgt who will help eat the extras. Or, you could send some to your favorite mother-in-law. They look amazing sweetheart! I can almost smell them from Seattle.
